As an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) at Burson, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of our Sunshine branch.
Supporting the Store Manager, you'll lead from the front, drive sales performance, champion exceptional customer service, and help create a positive, high-performing team culture.

What You'll Be Doing Providing expert advice and assistance to trade, workshop, and retail customers on automotive parts and products Delivering outstanding customer service while building strong, long-term customer relationships Supporting sales growth and branch performance outcomes Assisting with inventory management and stock control processes Maintaining high store presentation standards and ensuring compliance with company policies and workplace health and safety requirements Supporting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the branch Leading, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve their best Qualifications An ability to work in a driven and diverse team workplace Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors) The ability to engage with,
