CustomerEngagement Specialist
to lead facility activations andmember engagement initiatives at the Kwinana Recquatic.
This is anew role and an exciting opportunity to shape how members connectwith one of the City's most valued facilities.
With a
$38million redevelopment
on the horizon, you will help createa vibrant member experience while supporting the facility'stransition into its next chapter.
What's OnOffer
Reporting to the Customerand Fitness Coordinator, you will design and deliver year-roundfacility activations, community events and member retentioninitiatives that increase participation and strengthen the memberexperience.
As the facility's specialist in the member journey, you will bring teams together around a shared approach to personalised onboarding, meaningful engagement and responsive member support.
Your responsibilities willinclude:
Planningand delivering annual facility activations, major events,monthly themes and community programs.
Leadingthe member journey, including personalised onboarding andongoing engagement touchpoints.
Designing andimplementing strategies that strengthen member retention,loyalty and participation.
Analysing member data,usage trends and feedback to identify opportunities forimprovement.
Collaborating acrossfacility departments to integrate activations into dailyoperations.
Supporting marketing andcommunications that promote a vibrant, welcoming and inclusivefacility.
Guidingand mentoring staff involved in activation and engagementactivities.
What You'llNeed
To make an impact in thisrole, the successful candidate will need:
Considerable experiencein a similar role that focuses on member retention and loyaltyprograms within a leisure or similar environment.
Provenability to plan, coordinate and execute large-scale facilityactivations and community events that drive participation andvibrancy.
Developed leadership,influencing and coaching skills, with a proven ability tomotivate staff and teams across the facility and stakeholdersaround a shared vision of community health andwellbeing.
Provenanalytical capability to interpret customer data and implementinnovative solutions for member engagement.
Highlydeveloped interpersonal and negotiation skills to workeffectively across departments and with the City'sCommunications team.
Tertiaryqualification in Business, Recreation, Marketing, or anequivalent level of experience.
ProvideFirst Aid Certificate, Police clearance and Driver'sLicence.
