Joondalup, WA | Full-Time | $95,000–$110,000 + Super | Adult NDIS
Want to help build the adult side of a growing allied health practice?
A multidisciplinary private practice in Joondalup is expanding into adult NDIS services and is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the team.
The role
You'll manage your own adult NDIS caseload, providing practical, participant-focused occupational therapy while helping shape the development of the new adult service.
This is a great prospect for an experienced OT who enjoys autonomy and wants to have genuine input into how a service grows.
You'll be responsible for:
Managing an adult NDIS caseload
Completing functional assessments
Developing individualised therapy and support plans
Providing intervention across a range of functional areas
Completing home and environmental assessments where required
Providing recommendations around assistive technology and home modifications
Working collaboratively with participants, families and other professionals
Maintaining high-quality clinical documentation
Participating in multidisciplinary collaboration
Building relationships with referral networks
About you
You'll ideally be an experienced Occupational Therapist with robust adult NDIS experience and the confidence to independently manage a caseload.
You'll also have:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration
Previous adult clinical experience
NDIS experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Current police clearance
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current WA Working with Children Check
Current driver's licence
Full Australian working rights
