Site Manager – High-Rise Construction
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of a high-rise construction project.
You'll take ownership of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, to a high standard and in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily site operations across a high-rise construction project
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site personnel
Manage construction programs, sequencing and site activities
Monitor quality, safety and compliance across the project
Conduct site meetings and coordinate with Project Managers, engineers and consultants
Identify and resolve construction issues, delays and site constraints
Review drawings, specifications and construction documentation
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure works are delivered to program
Maintain site records, reporting and project documentation
Ensure WHS requirements and site procedures are followed




Assist with project planning, forecasting and coordination through to completion
About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-rise or large-scale construction projects
Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing and site coordination
Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and keep projects moving
Solid understanding of WHS, quality and compliance requirements
Relevant construction qualification preferred
Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards and practices
