What You'll Do
Manage and grow relationships with real estate agency clients
Respond to day-to-day queries and coordinate internal support
Regularly connect with property managers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings




Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to client retention
Maintain accurate CRM records and report on client satisfaction
Represent the business at networking events and industry functions (some after-hours required)
What You Bring
Experience in property management is essential
(real estate industry background required)
Account management or client service experience, ideally in property, utilities, or compliance sectors
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage a portfolio, build trust, and follow through on deliverables
