We are an open, friendly and family orientated office based in Carlisle, looking for their next PM to sit in the hot seat. With dedicated directors who value their employees - your not just a bum in a chair.
The successful applicant will work towards the full management of a portfolio of roughly 100 properties and have a preferred 6 to 18 month experience in a similar role within the industry. You must also hold a license or be close to holding one.
With a Senior Property Manager in place to help with the prickly points that may come up and back-end trust/accounting assistance you will never need to feel overwhelmed with plenty of support around you. We pride ourselves on working as a team.
Property Conditions Reports are a thing of the past with a 3rd party completing these on your behalf, so your time and focus can be where you need it.



Managing Your Portfolio and Clients.
Also included is a full branded company car, fuel, car maintenance and of course a phone will be provided. Renumeration will be discussed based on experience.
The duties of the role may include but not limited to:
Preparing & Negotiating leases
Routine inspections using Inspection Express
Liaising with Owners, Tenants & Trades.
Processing applications
The successful applicant should have the following:
Property Tree experience preferred but not essential
Inspection Express experience preferred but not essential.
Property Management Licence (CPD points up to date)
Valuable interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment as well as autonomously
