About the Role
A growing multidisciplinary team is looking for Occupational Therapists at all experience levels, including
new graduates
, to join their expanding South Australian services.
You'll work across a mix of
community, clinic and in-home settings
, providing assessments, therapy and practical support tailored to each client.
The caseload is varied, with exposure to:
Children, adults and older people
Functional capacity assessments
Neurological conditions
Disability and rehabilitation
Palliative care
Complex and dual-diagnosis presentations
Continence and other specialist areas
What's on Offer
$88,000 + super starting salary for new graduates
Experienced OT salaries negotiable based on experience
Full-time or part-time options
Metro and regional opportunities across South Australia
Option for FIFO arrangements to regional locations
Community, clinic or blended caseloads
Achievable KPIs with an outcome-focused approach
Ongoing supervision, mentoring and a buddy system for new starters
Strong support for early-career therapists
Opportunities to mentor students
Dedicated admin support to reduce paperwork
CPD allowance after 12 months
8 weeks paid maternity leave after 18 months
Technology and mileage support
Clear pathways into senior and specialist OT positions
Regular team events and a friendly, social team environment
About You
AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
New graduates and experienced OTs are encouraged to apply
