Calvary Healthcare is seeking Support Workers to join our Melbourne community care team on permanent part time or casual contracts. You'll support clients at home across Mornington Peninsula and surrounding suburbs, prioritising client goals and meaningful activities.
You will coordinate with care networks, promote independence, and assist with personal cares, mobility and medication prompting where appropriate. Training is provided and a driver's licence is preferred.
