MEP Senior Project Engineer
to join our team based at St Marys.
As an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for
St Marys station.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the delivery of MEP works within the St Marys Station
Provide technical engineering support and guidance to construction teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders
Review and coordinate MEP designs, drawings, specifications, technical documentation and construction methodologies
Identify and resolve technical issues, design discrepancies and construction constraints in a timely manner
Ensure MEP works are coordinated with civil, structural, architectural, rail systems and other project disciplines
Support the development and implementation of construction methodologies, staging plans and work packages
Monitor progress of MEP works against program, identifying risks, delays and opportunities for improvement
Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, progress and compliance with project requirements
Criteria
Bachelors Degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience with complex services installations, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire and communications systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
Demonstrated experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer delivering MEP works on major construction, infrastructure, rail, building or similarly complex projects
