THE ROLE
This role sits within the firm's highly regarded
Real Estate
practice group, providing support to senior lawyers across the team. This is a
parental leave contract through to January ****
, with the potential for the role to be extended or to transition into a permanent position at the end of the contract.
The role involves a solid level of
client contact
, so the successful candidate will be confident, professional and comfortable communicating directly with clients and managing their enquiries. Duties include (but are not limited to):
Providing high-level legal support to senior lawyers and the wider Real Estate team
Liaising confidently and professionally with clients on a regular basis
End-to-end file and matter management
Preparing legal documents, correspondence and presentations




Managing client enquiries and following up on outstanding matters
Assisting with billing, invoicing and other administrative tasks
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident and professional, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment. You will also have:
Proven experience as a Legal Assistant within a commercial law firm
Previous experience supporting Partners or senior lawyers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence dealing directly with clients and managing enquiries
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Please note, student will not be considered for this role.
