About the Role
We're seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our friendly, passionate team in Murrumba Downs. You'll play a key role in creating exceptional patient experiences and supporting our clinicians in a modern, thriving practice.
Your Day-to-Day as a Dental Receptionist:
Welcome patients warmly and ensure every interaction reflects our culture of care.
Manage appointment bookings efficiently using Praktika software.
Handle calls, enquiries, and payments with professionalism and positivity.
Coordinate with assistants and clinicians to maintain a smooth, seamless patient flow.
Contribute to a fun, supportive team environment where everyone thrives.
About You
