Mondelez International is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead the People function for the Central Supply Chain and DC Truganina site in Melbourne. You will partner with the business to drive workforce planning, capability building, employee relations, policy interpretation and engagement programs.
You will bring 5+ years of HR/BP experience in FMCG or manufacturing, solid IR/ER knowledge in Australia, and proven stakeholder management. A HR/Business degree or equivalent is preferred.
