Kinetic IT is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to provide hands-on support across a secure government environment in Sydney. You will own escalated incidents, work onsite, and coordinate with specialist teams to restore services quickly.
You'll troubleshoot across Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, SharePoint, MECM/SCCM, endpoints, security tooling, and Linux environments, using a methodical approach and transparent communication to prevent recurring issues.
