Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled GFRC Concrete Furniture Finisher to join our workshop team in Fyshwick. The ideal candidate will have experience in sanding, polishing, or similar finishing techniques, ideally from backgrounds such as panel beating, woodworking, stonemasonry, or experience with power tools. This role will involve hands‐on work in all stages of production, including installation, assembly, and casting of furniture and Bathware.
Mitchell Bink Concrete Design specializes in crafting high‐quality GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) furniture and Bathware. Our products are meticulously crafted with attention to detail and are 100% silica free, ensuring safety and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform finishing tasks such as sanding and polishing to achieve high‐quality surface finishes.
Assist in other workshop activities including installation, assembly, and casting.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure projects are completed to specifications and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.
Requirements:
Background in panel beating, woodworking, stonemasonry, or familiarity with power tools is advantageous.
