Sharp and Carter is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help modernise its HR, finance and operations systems within a two-year ERP transformation program. You will bridge business needs with technology, ensuring current systems are fit for purpose and ready for adoption.
You will elicit requirements across HR, Finance, Operations, ICT and frontline services, map processes, and develop operating-model documentation, RACI and test plans to support a successful implementation.
