Experienced Hospital Social Worker required for an immediate start with this Wollongong based hospital. You will work as part of a team of thirty allied health clinicians. You’ll be the sole Social Worker on the team, working closely with the Discharge Planner.

- Acute caseload including aged care, palliative, discharge planning, psychosocial support
/n
- Hospital experience is mandatory
/n
- 3-5 days per week
/n
- Immediate start for three months
/n
- Permanent role also available
/n
- No accommodation available – possible rental allowance TBC
/n
- Travel reimbursement available
/n
- Level 3 role,
open to confident level 2 clinicians with hospital experience also
/n
- Locum rates of $75 per hour + superannuation + potential for living away from home tax perks (more take home pay, up to $6 dollars more an hour!)

This role requires you to be eligible for AASW membership
/n
