Key areas of focus include:

- Building and enhancing the employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, from attraction and onboarding through to development, engagement and retention.
- Driving employee engagement initiatives and people programs that foster a high-performing, inclusive and values-led culture.
- Leading end-to-end recruitment activities, including talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning and management of external recruitment partners.
- Establishing contemporary performance management, capability and career development frameworks that support employee growth and organisational success.
- Designing and supporting learning and development initiatives that build organisational capability and leadership effectiveness.

You have a demonstrated ability to enhance employee engagement, strengthen employee value propositions, and develop initiatives that improve attraction, retention and overall workforce experience. You understand that sustainable growth requires strong people foundations and have experience introducing fit-for-purpose processes, governance and people programs that support organisational maturity.
Your background may include:
- Building or maturing People & Culture functions within Professional Services environments.
- Developing HR policies, frameworks and governance structures that support business growth.
- Driving employee engagement, culture and retention initiatives.
- Designing and implementing performance, capability and career development frameworks.
- Leading recruitment and talent acquisition activities in competitive talent markets.
- Partnering with leaders on workforce planning, organisational capability and succession planning.

- Providing practical, commercially focused advice across employee relations and broader people matters.
- Using workforce insights, employee feedback and reporting to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
Most importantly, you are passionate about creating an environment where people can do their best work, contribute to a positive culture, and grow alongside a successful and expanding business.
