Your new role:

Join MH CALL Tele Triage as a Clinical Nurse and use your advanced mental health nursing expertise to support people experiencing acute mental health concerns.

- Provide advanced assessment, clinical decision-making, care planning and coordination for consumers with complex mental health needs.
- Deliver specialist, person-centred nursing care while monitoring and responding to consumers' physical and mental health needs.
- Provide clinical leadership, professional advice and support to the multidisciplinary team, including guidance on risk management, comprehensive assessment and the Mental Health Act 2016.
- Contribute to education, research, quality improvement and service development while supporting clinical practice, workforce capability and service standards.

About you:

We are looking for an experienced mental health nurse who can demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge, sound judgement and strong professional leadership.

- Demonstrates advanced mental health nursing knowledge and skills, including assessment and management of complex care needs.
- Uses critical thinking, problem-solving and expert planning to deliver safe, evidence-based and person-centred care.
- Builds strong relationships and communicates effectively with consumers, families, colleagues and the broader multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrates clinical leadership and a commitment to education, reflective practice, quality improvement and contemporary evidence-based care.
