Remuneration: $75,011.91 - $81,508.14 per annum
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

This unit is a premier centre in NSW for blood transplants and advanced cell therapies, offering an exceptional opportunity to develop specialist skills in a highly supportive environment. The service is backed by a strong clinical leadership and education structure, ensuring you are well supported in your role and development.

Care for patients with complex haematologic and transplant needs

What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse in the Haematology/BMT C5a Ward, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting patients with complex and often life-threatening conditions.



You will contribute to safe, compassionate and evidence-based care while developing your clinical skills in a highly specialised setting. Your key responsibilities will be to:

Deliver direct nursing care aligned with care plans and RN supervision

Monitor, recognise and escalate changes in patient condition appropriately

Support patients with activities of daily living and emotional care needs

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe care

Essential Criteria:

Registration: Current Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD

Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.

Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal

Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.

Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team

Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training
