About the Role

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer specialising in high-quality complementary medicines, dietary supplements, and personal care products, is currently seeking experienced Production Line Setter Operators with strong GMP knowledge and experience working within regulated manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and adjust packaging machines and production lines to meet production requirements
- Perform product changeovers and equipment setups efficiently while maintaining quality and compliance standards
- Operate, dismantle, clean, and reassemble filling and packaging equipment
- Troubleshoot machine and production issues to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency
- Complete production documentation accurately in accordance with GMP requirements
- Maintain effective written and verbal communication with production teams and support departments
- Adhere to all safety, quality,



and company procedures to ensure the manufacture of high-quality products

About You

- Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Line Setter, Production Technician, or similar role within pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or a related industry
- Demonstrated experience setting up packaging or filling equipment
- Strong understanding of GMP requirements and quality systems
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Sound troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
