Join the Micra Breadalbane Team – Customer Service Officer

Our expert team of 25 specialists operates in a modern workshop equipped with cutting-edge tools, including:

- 4 Car-O-Liner benches with state-of-the-art computerised measuring systems

/n

- Car-O-Liner spot welders and MIG welders

/n

- 3 spray booths and multiple preparation bays featuring advanced infrared technology

/n

/n

We offer a safe, friendly, and supportive environment, along with ongoing training, excellent on-site facilities (including a lunchroom with a scenic view), and ample parking.

The Role: Customer Service Officer/n

We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:/n

/n

- Ensure a welcoming and customer-friendly environment

/n

- Greet customers upon arrival

/n

- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process, including estimated completion times

/n

- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with our service

/n

- Manage communication via phone and email

/n





- Assist with inventory management (parts, paint, consumables, etc.)

/n

- Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims and repair updates

/n

About You:/n

/n

- Previous experience in a customer service role

/n

- Professional, approachable, and confident in building strong relationships

/n

- Proficient in computer systems and communication tools

/n

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

/n

- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

/n

- A team player who works effectively with others

/n
