Your key responsibilities:

- Lead, manage and evaluate system-wide cancer screening projects, programs and priority initiatives.
- Use evidence-based improvement and project management methodologies to support the design and adaptation of best practice for cancer screening projects, programs and initiatives.
- Actively contribute to the development of innovative solutions for complex system problems relating to statewide cancer screening initiatives.
- Analyse data, policy and information to support activities, monitoring and evaluation of projects, programs and initiatives.

How you will be assessed:
- Demonstrated experience in leading, managing and implementing complex system-wide and/or state-wide projects that are time-critical and achieve expected deliverables.
- Demonstrated high-level analytical, data interpretation and evaluation skills including the ability to integrate multiple related activities to achieve deliverables and outcomes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of national and state strategic directions and priorities in relation to population cervical and bowel cancer screening.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders that contribute to improved health and wellbeing for Queenslanders.
