About the Role:
You will prepare and cook nutritious meals in line with dietary requirements while ensuring food production and distribution are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. You will be responsible for menu selection, meal plating, ordering food supplies and maintaining quality control across food preparation and service.
About You:
- Experience preparing and cooking bulk meals, including meals for dietary requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexible approach to work and rostering, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under limited direction, use initiative and exercise sound judgement.
- Knowledge of safe food handling, food storage and safe working practices.
