Compliance Manager – Risk and Compliance

What you’ll gain:

- Lead the design and management of compliance systems, policies, and controls, ensuring they meet all legislative and community standards.
- Play a pivotal role in compliance oversight across outsourcing providers, regulatory reporting, and breach management.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and continuously improve the end-to-end compliance framework aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Lead compliance oversight activities, including managing obligations registers, breach assessments, and incident reviews.
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory change, including Acts like SIS, Corporations, AML/CTF, and Privacy.
- Support the risk management process through risk identification, monitoring, testing, and reporting.




- Oversee compliance training programs across the organisation to ensure ongoing awareness and adherence.
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for audit, boards, and external regulators.

What we’re looking for:
- Tertiary qualifications in Law, Business, Risk Management, or similar with 5+ years of relevant (Superannuation) industry experience.
- Demonstrated success managing compliance frameworks in financial services, especially superannuation or investments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, capable of working with both internal teams and external regulators.
- Knowledge of current legislation including SIS, Corporations, AML/CTF, and Privacy Acts.
- Practical experience in breach, incident management and legislative change implementation.
