About the role

As a Field Manager, you will oversee the safe and efficient delivery of operations and maintenance activities while leading field teams to achieve strong safety, service and performance outcomes. Additionally, you'll:

- Lead and coordinate field-based employees and subcontractors across operational activities
- Ensure all work is delivered safely and in compliance with contractual, environmental and regulatory requirements
- Monitor operational performance, productivity and service delivery outcomes




- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams
- Support workforce planning, resource allocation and fatigue management requirements
- Maintain accurate reporting, documentation and operational records

- Demonstrated experience leading field-based operations, maintenance or infrastructure teams
- Strong commitment to safety leadership and operational excellence
- Experience managing employees, subcontractors and day-to-day field activities
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Solid organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
