The Role:

- /n
Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls including all compliance obligations
/n
/n
/n
- /n
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
/n
/n
/n
- /n
Complete bank, payroll and balance sheet reconciliations
/n
/n
/n
- /n
Prepare weekly and monthly management reports
/n
/n
/n
- /n
Respond to client enquiries and provide bookkeeping support
/n
/n
/n
- /n
Maintain accurate financial records and client data
/n
/n
/n
- /n
Assist clients with software and bookkeeping-related queries
/n
/n
/n
- /n
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiencies
/n
/n
/n
- /n
Ensure compliance with relevant payroll and accounting requirements
/n
/n
About You:
/n
/n
- /n
Previous bookkeeping and payroll experience is essential
/n
/n
/n
- /n
Certificate III or IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting highly regarded
/n
/n
/n
- /n
Experience using Xero, MYOB and Quick Books
/n
/n
/n
- /n
Strong Microsoft Office skills
/n
/n
/n
- /n
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
/n
/n
/n
- /n
Strong time management and organisational skills
/n
/n
/n
- /n
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities

Strong communication and client service skills
