Job Description

Bottarga in Brighton is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef and experienced CDP to join our intimate kitchen. This full time role offers 40 hours across 5 evenings, with 2 days off. You will work closely with the owner, run your section, and uphold high standards in prep, plating and service.
