Job Description

As Bar Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the bar while working closely with the restaurant leadership team. This is a hands-on role requiring strong beverage knowledge, confident leadership and a genuine passion for creating memorable hospitality experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead, train and develop the bar team while maintaining high service standards

Manage beverage ordering, stock control, inventory and cost management

Maintain and develop a balanced wine, cocktail, beer and non-alcoholic offering





Ensure efficient bar operations across busy restaurant services

Work collaboratively with the broader management team to continually improve the guest experience

Candidate Profile

This opportunity will suit an experienced Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager or senior bartender ready to take the next step. You will bring strong beverage knowledge, an organised approach and the ability to lead from the floor while building positive relationships with both guests and colleagues.

You will ideally demonstrate:

Previous bar leadership experience within a quality restaurant or hospitality venue

Strong knowledge across cocktails, wine, spirits and contemporary beverage trends

Sound understanding of stock management, beverage costs and operational controls

A calm, confident and engaging leadership style

A genuine commitment to hospitality and delivering consistently high standards
