Help enterprise customers translate complex business and technical requirements into practical infrastructure solutions with a major global technology vendor. The organisation provides enterprise networking, data storage, cloud and data centre technologies.

This is a customer-facing role for an experienced solution architect, pre-sales engineer or technical consultant who combines broad infrastructure expertise with commercial judgement. You will work closely with customers, sales teams and technical specialists to develop integrated solutions and support enterprise opportunities throughout the sales cycle.

The Role
You will be responsible for developing end-to-end enterprise ICT infrastructure solutions that are technically feasible, commercially competitive and aligned with customer requirements.

Key responsibilities:

- Understand customers’ business objectives, technical requirements and infrastructure needs.
- Design integrated solution architectures across networking, storage, cloud and data centre technologies.
- Lead technical discussions, discovery workshops, solution presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare solution proposals, architecture documents, bills of materials and tender responses.
- Coordinate with product specialists, commercial teams, partners and delivery teams throughout the sales cycle.
- Identify solution risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
- Support solution handover and provide technical guidance during implementation.
- Monitor emerging technologies, industry trends and competitor solutions.

About You
This position requires a technically capable,



commercially aware infrastructure professional who can engage customers confidently and bring together multiple technologies into a coherent solution.

You will bring:

- At least five years’ experience in ICT infrastructure, solution architecture, pre-sales engineering or technical consulting.
- Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, storage, cloud and data centre infrastructure.
- Experience designing integrated solutions and supporting complex enterprise opportunities.
- The ability to translate customer requirements into practical, commercially viable solutions.
- Robust communication, presentation, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience collaborating with customers, sales teams, technical specialists, partners and delivery teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications or a related discipline.

Relevant technical or solution architecture certifications will be well regarded, along with experience working with enterprise customers, system integrators or technology vendors. Exposure to cybersecurity solutions is also desirable.
