We're excited to welcome an Administration Officer to our Caloundra Health Service.

The Administration Officer will provide a high level of confidential administrative support for outpatient services within the Caloundra Health Service. This position is a prime point of contact for internal communication daily and externally with various departments and agencies.

The Outpatient Services aim to provide governance, accountability and management of outpatient services to ensure consistency across the patient care continuum. The team provides governance and management of the functional space and provides nursing and administrative support to the specialties that provide outpatient care in this area. Speciality clinical services will access the ACC to provide outpatient services for their patients. These services work closely together with the ACC team to ensure the provision of collaborative integrated outpatient care.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Adhere to Specialist Outpatients Implementation Standards Guidelines (SOSIS)
- Effectively communicate with clients and staff demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience and a positive attitude.
- Exercise judgement and discretion in undertaking various tasks whilst being responsible for the quality of work undertaken,



by managing workloads appropriately; prioritising tasks and ensuring work is completed within designated timeframes.
- Provide high-quality confidential administration support to the team.

Remuneration value up to $103 600 p.a., comprising salary between $3129.60 - $3480.40 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (Fixed Term Temporary position available for six months, with possibility of extension).
