Your new role:

Join Metro South Health as a senior clinical leader providing advanced musculoskeletal physiotherapy and specialist consultancy across emergency and primary care services. You'll use your clinical expertise to manage complex presentations, mentor and develop clinicians, influence innovative models of care, and drive evidence-based practice, education, research and service improvement across Bayside Health Service.

About you:

You are an experienced physiotherapist with advanced musculoskeletal expertise and the clinical leadership capability to shape innovative, evidence-based emergency and primary care physiotherapy services.

- Bring advanced clinical skills and sound professional judgement in complex musculoskeletal presentations across emergency and primary care settings.
- Demonstrate strong clinical leadership, mentoring and supervision skills, supporting the development of less experienced clinicians and students.
- Have highly developed communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence practice and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Bring experience in service improvement, clinical education, research and evidence-based practice, with a commitment to developing innovative models of care.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead change, develop clinical protocols and translate evidence into practice to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
