This is a hands-on opportunity for a chef who enjoys the energy of breakfast service, takes pride in quality and presentation, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast dishes in line with our culinary standards
- Ensure food is prepared consistently, efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintain excellent presentation and portion control
- Support daily preparation, stock control and kitchen organisation
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and HACCP compliance
- Keep your work areas clean, organised and ready for service
- Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure a smooth and positive service
- Contribute to a cooperative kitchen culture where learning and development are encouraged
