We’re looking for an experienced, practical, and reliable leader to take a hands-on role in managing our field operations and restoring Western Australia’s native landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and work alongside field crews on site.
- Project Execution: Oversee site evaluations, land preparation, and large-scale planting.
- Machinery Operations: Safely operate and maintain agricultural and landcare equipment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison with local farmers, land managers, and mining clients.
- Seasonal Travel: Travel throughout the WA Wheatbelt during peak operational times (autumn & winter, with greater flexibility across spring & summer).

What You’ll Need

- Work Rights: Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
- Leadership & Drive: Proven leadership skills with a practical,



hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Physical Capability: High level of physical fitness and a love for working outdoors in regional conditions.
- Mobility: Comfortable with regular regional travel and hold a valid driver's license.
- Bonus Points: Previous experience operating agricultural machinery or heavy equipment is highly regarded.
