What we are looking for:

We're seeking a commercially minded Senior Finance Business Partner based in Docklands, Victoria to support Costa across our Citrus operations in Emerald, Queensland.

This is a full-time position based in Docklands, operating on a hybrid model of four days in the office and one day working from home. A significant component of this role involves regular travel to Emerald, Queensland. You should expect to spend extended periods on-site, often for a full working week and, at times, multiple consecutive weeks depending on business requirements. This level of travel is an essential requirement of the role and should be carefully considered before applying.

This role will provide high-quality financial analysis, reporting and commercial support across both our farming and pack shed operations, helping operational leaders make informed business decisions around production, labour, cost control, efficiency and overall business performance.

This is a hands-on business partnering role,



where you'll work closely with farm, pack shed and administration teams to translate financial and operational data into explicit, practical insights. You'll support budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, providing valuable visibility across costs, yields, throughput, labour productivity and key operational drivers.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with operational teams, can build strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced agricultural environment where accuracy, commercial insight and timely reporting are critical.

What you'll do:

- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting, including scorecards, KPI reports, forecasting and cost tracking.
- Partner with farm operations teams to monitor yield performance, harvest costs, labour productivity and input costs.
- Analyse financial and operational data, including sales, harvest, production costs and crop performance trends.
- Translate financial information into clear commercial insights and recommendations for operational leaders.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, controls and processes.

What you'll bring:

- A finance degree, ideally with CPA or CA qualification.
- Experience in horticulture, agriculture, agribusiness, food production, fresh produce or FMCG would be highly regarded.
- Experience in a similar finance, accounting or business partnering role, ideally supporting managers and operational stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience in budgeting, cyclical reporting and interpreting key business drivers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with non-finance teams.
