Process Worker

Looking for a role where your attention to detail truly makes a difference? This is a technical, hands-on position designed for experienced production or assembly professionals ready to step into a specialised manufacturing environment within the medical device sector.

In this role, you'll work on high-precision glass components, including grinding and inspecting glass needles, and operating sophisticated systems to ensure every product meets exact specifications. It’s a rare chance to develop technical skills while contributing to innovative, life-changing products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assembling components for sub-assemblies and finished products
- Conducting QC checks and inspection of sub-assemblies and devices
- Handling glass components with care and precision




- Operating and troubleshooting production machinery
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Following work instructions and packaging standards

What you’ll need:

- Proven experience in a GMP manufacturing or high-volume production environment
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Experience with machine operation and troubleshooting
- Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
- Hands-on assembly or production experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided
