We're looking for an experienced Contract Administrator for a 2-3 month contract, supporting a Retail fitout project in Melbourne's Inner Suburbs.

This is a great prospect for a hands-on CA who can step into a project quickly and support the commercial and contractual side of the delivery.

The Role

- Manage contracts and subcontractor agreements throughout the project
- Prepare and administer variations, progress claims and payment schedules
- Assist with procurement and subcontractor management
- Review scopes of work, contracts and supporting documentation
- Track project costs and contractual obligations
- Work closely with the Project Manager and site team
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date

About You

- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction
- Experience working on retail fitout projects is highly desirable




- Strong understanding of contracts, variations and progress claims
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to hit the ground running and work independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Available to commit to a 2-3 month contract
