Not All Graduate Programs Are Created Equal.

At Your Family OT, we don't believe new graduates should be thrown into the deep end and expected to sink or swim.

We believe exceptional Occupational Therapists are developed through mentorship, meaningful clinical experiences, genuine support, and the opportunity to build confidence before being expected to manage large caseloads independently.

That's why we've created a structured 12-month New Graduate Occupational Therapist Program, designed around one simple philosophy:

Building Competence Before Capacity.

If you're looking for the support, supervision and professional development often associated with hospital graduate programs, combined with the clinical variety, autonomy and accelerated growth available in community practice, we'd love to hear from you.

Why Join Your Family OT?

We know there are plenty of graduate opportunities available.

Many organisations promise support but expect graduates to quickly achieve full billable targets and manage increasingly complex caseloads independently.

Our approach is different.

We're not looking for someone to simply fill a role.

We're looking for future clinicians, future leaders and future mentors.

We invest heavily in our graduates because we know confident, capable Occupational Therapists achieve the best outcomes for participants and experience greater professional satisfaction throughout their careers.

To ensure every graduate receives meaningful mentoring and access to senior clinicians, our 2027 intake is limited to just four graduates.
