AN Head Spa & Wellness is a modern Japanese-inspired head spa and wellness studio located in Upper Mt Gravatt. We specialise in head spa, massage and facial treatments, and are known for our calm environment, skilled therapists, and thoughtful, consistent service, shown through our glowing online customer reviews. Many of our clients come through word-of-mouth and repeat visits, so delivering a warm, professional experience every time is very important to us. Every detail matters, from the first phone call to the final goodbye. That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Part-time Client Experience Coordinator / Receptionist to become the heart of our front-of-house team.

If you're someone who notices the little things, communicates with confidence, and enjoys keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to meet you.

What you will be doing

This isn't a role where you'll spend the day sitting behind a reception desk.

You're the first hello when someone walks through the door, the calm voice answering the phone, and often the reason a client's visit feels effortless from beginning to end.

You'll welcome clients, manage appointments through Fresha, respond to calls, emails, text messages and social media enquiries, and help keep our Instagram and TikTok active by publishing our scheduled content each day.

Beyond reception, you'll work closely with our therapists to prepare treatment rooms, organise linen and laundry, restock products, prepare refreshments and foot soaks, and keep the space looking its best throughout the day. Every detail matters,



because our clients notice how a space feels long before they remember what was said.

We're a small team, which means we help each other. If a room needs resetting, you reset it. If reception is quiet, you'll find something that makes tomorrow easier than today. You'll also help maintain the presentation of the spa throughout the day, including vacuuming, mopping and other end-of-day housekeeping tasks.

We're not looking for someone who waits for instructions or asks "what's next?", we value people who notice, think ahead and take pride in leaving things better than they found them.

We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in doing a great job, even when it's the little things that no one else notices.

You're someone who communicates confidently and professionally, enjoys meeting people from all walks of life, and knows how to make others feel welcome. You stay calm under pressure, think on your feet, and find solutions rather than waiting for someone else to step in.

You're organised, dependable and naturally attentive to detail. If something needs doing, you don't walk past it, you take ownership.



You enjoy working as part of a close-knit team where everyone contributes, supports one another and shares the same high standards.

To be successful in this role, you'll also bring:

- Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service or another client-facing role

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Confidence using computers and learning recent systems (experience with Fresha is a bonus, but not essential)

- Australian working rights

Our team and clients come from many different backgrounds, so if you speak Vietnamese, Mandarin or Cantonese, we'd love to hear from you. It's an advantage, but by no means essential.

- Part-time hourly position

- Four days per week (Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday) schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
