About the role

The Queens Hotel Gladstone is looking for experienced Bar Staff to join the team. You'll be someone who can handle high-volume trade, stay organised under pressure and still give every customer outstanding service. You'll need to bring speed, accuracy, personality and exceptional customer service. We want people who engage with customers, know how to create atmosphere and take ownership of their bar — not people who simply stand behind it and pour drinks.

About you

- Experienced bartender
- Reliable and communicative




- Able to handle high-volume trade
- Must hold or be willing and able to obtain RSA – Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Must hold or be willing and able to obtain RSG – Responsible Service of Gambling
- Must hold or be willing and able to obtain Keno Operations accreditation
- Must hold or be willing and able to obtain TAB Operations accreditation
- Experience across gaming, Keno and TAB is highly regarded
