Are you an experienced Dental Receptionist looking for a full-time role with a better work–life balance?

A busy and welcoming dental practice in New Farm is seeking a confident Dental Receptionist to join its friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work full-time hours across four days, with every Wednesday off!

Your roster:

- Monday: 8:00 am–6:00 pm

- Tuesday: 9:00 am–7:00 pm

- Wednesday: Off

- Thursday: 9:00 am–7:00 pm

- Friday: 7:30 am–5:30 pm

About the role:

- Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service

- Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries

- Managing appointments and maintaining the practice diary

- Processing payments and completing general administration





- Supporting the clinical team and keeping the front desk running smoothly

About you:

- Previous dental reception experience is essential

- Experience using Oasis practice management software is essential

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- A professional and friendly telephone manner

- Solid organisational and multitasking abilities

- Reliable, proactive and confident working in a busy practice

- Available for an immediate start
