About the role:

Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio while working closely with our Leasing, BDM and Administration teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing your portfolio from tenancy commencement through to vacate

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and renters





- Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance

- Managing arrears, compliance and tenancy matters

- Providing proactive and professional communication

- Ensuring your portfolio is compliant with current Victorian legislation

- Working with our Leasing and BDM teams to identify opportunities and support portfolio growth

- Maintaining accurate records and delivering a high level of service

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has 3 plus years’ experience in residential Property Management

- Has a strong understanding of Victorian residential tenancy legislation

- Is organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities

- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Takes ownership of their portfolio and follows tasks through

- Is confident dealing with landlords, renters and trades

- Has strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance

- Enjoys working as part of a team and is willing to support others

- Hold a current Australian Driver Licence and Agent’s Representative Certificate
