SALES and CUSTOMER SERVICE Experience in seafood retail, WeChat group sales or Xiaohongshu content is highly regarded. Experience with fish cleaning, filleting or seafood preparation will also be valued. FISH FILLETTER We’re looking for an experienced fish filleter who can confidently handle fresh seafood, fillet and portion fish, and maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene and food safety. We’re seeking people who are responsible, efficient, friendly and team-oriented, with availability to work weekends. Applicants must have valid Australian working rights and be looking for a long-term chance. Salary and conditions will be discussed with suitable applicants.
