As a support worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in the comfort of their own homes.We are looking to recruit specifically, in and around Drysdale, Clifton Springs, Indented Heads, Portarlington, St Leonards, Queenscliff, Points Lonsdale & Anglesea.Key Responsibilities:Provide personalised care and assistance tailored to the unique needs of each Service User.Support individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, community access, including transport and assistance with shopping.Domestic Assistance, including vacuuming,



mopping and dusting.Foster a warm and trusting workplace that promotes independence and dignity.What you bringCertificate III Home and Community Care or equivalent (minimum)Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Empathy and compassion for individuals with varying needs.Trustworthy and reliable with a vehicleFlexibilityMandatoryNDIS Worker ScreenWorking with Children's checkCurrentFirst Aid Certificate and CPRDriver's license and a reliable carCovid vaccination (initial) and season Flu vaccination.Why Join Us?
