ACCORD CARE is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to provide consistent, person-centred in-home support to a participant living in Petrie, QLD.
You will follow established care plans, respond safely to behaviours of concern, and support daily routines with dignity and independence.Initially, shifts are Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 am–2:00 pm, with potential for additional hours as the participant moves into SIL.
