This full time role requires AHPHRA registration, a Bachelor of Nursing, and at least four years in a senior clinical capacity with solid leadership and mentoring skills.You will lead a care team to uphold high clinical standards, drive quality improvements, and ensure compassionate, compliant resident care across shifts.
