Multicare Health System is seeking a Pharmacist to provide prompt and accurate pharmaceutical care for patients, nurses and staff in Canberra. The role includes processing admixture orders, preparing primary IV solutions and manufacturing nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations as required.

You will perform final checks, assist in inspecting pharmaceutical supplies across services, and ensure the protected and accurate provision of pharmaceutical care.
