Job Description
Mission Australia is seeking a Team Leader for the Community Living Support (CLS) program in Nowra. You will lead a small team while staying connected to frontline delivery, guiding recovery-oriented support for clients with mental health challenges and reporting to the Program Manager.

You'll supervise six staff, ensure high-quality service, and collaborate with area leadership to meet program goals, while upholding our values of respect, inclusion and empowerment.
