Family Centered Support Services invites applications for Youth Worker/Team Member in
Stanthorpe/Warwick.
You will support Children and Young People in residential care on rural properties, focusing on a technology-reduced model of care and helping youths achieve social, educational, cultural, and emotional goals.

You will engage in hands-on life skills training, documentation, and planning, including Positive Behaviour Support Plans, with mandatory TCI training and a robust induction program.
