Job Description
Optus is seeking a Director, Risk Governance & CSRO Secretariat to lead the end-to-end governance relationship between the CSRO, the Board and its subcommittees. You will translate complex risk, culture and control information into explicit, evidence‐based materials for the Board, manage papers and minutes, and drive governance transformation in a quick‐moving setting with senior stakeholders.
