Job Description
Breakthru, part of the Royal Rehab Group, is seeking a Team Leader to guide and grow a frontline employment services team across Parramatta, Hornsby and Epping. You'll coach staff to deliver person-centred support, build confidence in clients, and strengthen partnerships with local employers to create meaningful work prospects.
